Glue Amount

The heat treated surface on the application point prevents the head from friction based wear down. Thus higher life time has been achieved. The application width and the limit point of the head is adjustable symmetrically from the operator side.

Other Features

-Thanks to the special construction which provides homogeneous glue spreading on the foil surface. -The Electro-pneumatic valve which closes or opens the glue entrance during starting and stopping prevents from glue leakage and starting time wasted materials. Homogeneous heated application zone which provides equal heat effect on the foil surface. -Glue distribution manifold with thermoregulation system and an integrated filter for easy and quickly cleaning of the glue residue -Due to the changeable system of lips a higher life time has been achieved.
